What is your Return Policy?

All other products excluding (Final Sale or Coupon Discount) that are unworn and in their original condition and packaging, can be returned for store credit within 3 days of receiving your item(s). Please visit REFUNDS, EXCHANGE AND WARRANTY POLICY for more information.

Do you wholesale jewelry?

How do I keep jewelry from tarnishing?

To avoid tarnishing, we recommend keeping your jewelry dry. That means avoiding contact with chlorine, soaps, lotions, perfumes, hand sanitizers, cosmetics or cleaning products. For more tips please visit Jewelry Care.

I just placed an order, but I selected the wrong item. Can I change it? Can I cancel it?

Our team starts processing orders as soon as they have been submitted, so we are unable to change items, cancel orders or update shipping addresses.

I just placed an order – will I get confirmation from you? 

Within a few moments, you will receive a confirmation email from us. After your order has finished processing and is ready to ship (for domestic orders with ground shipping, allow up to 5 and 8 business days), you will receive a second email that provides the tracking information for your shipment.
