REFUNDS, EXCHANGE AND WARRANTY POLICY

1.REFUNDS

1.1Satisfaction
Your satisfaction is our top concern! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept return for store credit only of unused, unworn, unaltered, and undamaged in their original packaging jewelry.

To request a return, visit our refund panel within 3 days of receiving your item(s) and email us to lnorjoyeria@gmail.com the tracking number of your shipping. If you request your refund 3 days after your initial shipping, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and the reason. 

If you are approved, then a credit store only for the product cost will be applied. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If for any reason, we do not receive your package your refund will be not eligible. You should consider using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages that are not insured by Route.

Special order items, custom and personalized pieces, and sale items are final sale and we do not offer returns for these items.  

1.2 DAMAGE
We stand behind the quality of our merchandise. If you received any damaged jewelry (broken pieces, loose or without stones or zircon, deep scratches) you would apply for a store credit.

In this case, it would not be necessary to ship the item back to apply for the refund. You only have to send your refund request within 3 days of receiving your item(s) with proof video and picture of your items. If you request your refund 3 days after your initial shipping, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund.

2. EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges.

3. WARRANTY
We are not responsible for normal wear and tear and improper handling of merchandise that is why we do not offer warranty. Please follow our simple jewelry care tips to enjoy your jewelry for years to come.

4. CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders paid and submitted cannot be canceled.

5. DISCLOSURE
We have made every effort to accurately display the colors of our merchandise on our Website. However, the color(s) you see will vary depending on the settings and capabilities of your monitor, computer and Web browser.
